REVIEW: AFTER THE BURIAL Release “Evergreen” : Out Now!

After the Burial Evergreen new album

There is no doubt that After the Burial continues to evolve and raise the bar with every new album release.  The breakdowns, growling metal riffs and demanding beats on this album are addicting! Check “In Flux” or “Exit, Exist” throughout both songs, but this is definitely found on every track on this album. It’s hard to pick out just one song as a favorite, we enjoyed the entire album. Heavy as hell and true to the ATB roots!

The slow build up on “Quicksand” and “Behold the Crown” creep up with intensity and hammer down with heavy riffs and growling vocals. Anthony Notarmaso is expanding his vocal range in this album with some, never heard before, deep growls that hit like the aftermath of thunder.

This entire album is very technical and structured like a fine tuned machine. “Evergreen” deserves respect and demands that you pay attention.
