Every aspiring vocalist fantasizes about performing alongside their favorite music star, but for most individuals, it remains just a fantasy. For Victoria Anthony, an enthusiastic P!nk admirer, her wish became reality simply by requesting it.

When Victoria discovered P!nk would perform in her native Vancouver, she took immediate action. She launched a Twitter campaign, requesting to join Pink onstage at Rogers Arena. Her direct yet hopeful message stated: "Hey Pink, please let me sing on stage with you in Vancouver May 12. I'll be ready! – Victoria (age 12). Share this video and tag vicandpink to make my dream come true."

This tweet showed remarkable maturity for a twelve-year-old, including a call-to-action typical of effective online campaigns. Despite the well-crafted message, Victoria still needed some fortune. Luckily, her hashtag went viral and caught Canadian vocalist Sarah McLachlan's attention.

McLachlan supported Victoria by tweeting Pink directly: "Hey Pink, you have to check out 12yr old @vicanthonymusic. She really wants to sing with you on May 12th in Vancouver. Make her dreamcometrue. VicAndPink BeautifulTraumaWorldTour"

Despite this attention, concert day arrived without any response from the star. Victoria attended the show, excited to see P!nk but expecting nothing more. Then midway through, P!nk addressed her directly, asking, "Are you who I read about on the news? Are you the singer? Do you want to come sing something?"

True to her promise, Victoria was prepared and moved to the stage front. She performed the hit "Perfect," astonishing both P!nk and the audience with her talent. Her voice possessed a maturity and refinement beyond her years, sounding remarkably skilled.

Her performance was so impressive that afterward, P!nk joked she wouldn't perform that song during her set because she didn't want to follow Victoria's outstanding rendition.
